Through the enquiry forms, we collect the information you enter. For the newsletter, we collect your email address and, optionally, your name.

We process newsletter data based on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Your data will not be disclosed to unauthorised third parties. Newsletter data is stored with our hosting and database provider, which processes it according to our instructions.

Enquiries submitted through the end-customer and business-partner forms are processed using Jotform (Jotform Inc., 4 Embarcadero Center, Suite 780, San Francisco, CA 94111, USA), which acts as a processor on behalf of the controller identified in this policy. We collect the information you enter in the form (such as your first and last name, company name, email address, telephone number, town and the content of your enquiry) so that we can respond, prepare an offer or connect you with an authorised partner. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR); for business-partner enquiries, it is also our legitimate interest in developing our partner network (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Data may be stored on Jotform servers in the United States. The transfer is based on the European Commission’s adequacy decision for the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, in which Jotform Inc. participates, and on a data processing agreement with Jotform. We retain the data for as long as necessary to process the enquiry and any potential further cooperation, but no longer than 24 months after the last communication unless the law requires a longer retention period. The form is loaded from servers at form.jotform.com, so Jotform may process technical data such as your IP address and browser information when displaying the form, in accordance with its own privacy policy.

Newsletter data is retained until you withdraw your consent.

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and data portability, and the right to withdraw consent. You can send requests via the Contact page or by phone.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. In Austria, this is the Austrian Data Protection Authority (www.dsb.gv.at).

Our hosting provider uses the technically necessary security cookie __cf_bm, which is stored for up to 30 minutes, to identify automated access and protect the website. Your choice in the consent banner is stored in your browser's local storage under the key cookie-consent. Only with your consent, the hosting analytics script ~flock.js uses a randomly generated session identifier under the key session-id. This identifier is stored in the browser for up to 30 minutes and is used to produce visitor statistics. If you reject analytics, the identifier is removed from local storage, session storage and cookies. We do not use advertising or profiling cookies.
