As the general representative of Hyundai, Alfasol d.o.o. provides technical support and advice on system selection in Austria. Sales, installation and service will be carried out by authorised partners, whose network we are currently building.

Manufacturer warranty in Austria
- The manufacturer warranty for Hyundai units in Austria is 3 years.
- The terms of any extended warranty and of on-site service are set by the authorised partner for Austria.
- The guarantor, territorial scope, warranty conditions and procedure for making a claim are stated in the warranty certificate you receive at purchase. The warranty is provided in addition to your statutory warranty rights against the seller and does not restrict them.

Your statutory rights

The seller is liable for non-conformity of goods for at least 2 years from delivery. If the goods do not conform to the contract, the seller must repair or replace them free of charge, and in some cases you are entitled to a price reduction or to withdraw from the contract. You exercise these rights with the seller; they do not depend on product registration or a service contract. The manufacturer warranty does not affect consumers statutory rights.
